Set your phone on silent, tuck it away in a drawer, and allow yourself to fully disconnect. Trust me, Instagram can wait; you've got some serious chillaxing to do. You could read during this time or even play cozy video games on your switch.


Step 6: Drift Off into Dreamland

As the night winds down and your eyelids grow heavy, it's time to bid farewell to the world and drift off into dreamland. Slip into your softest sheets, fluff up your pillows just right, and sink into a sea of tranquility. Let your worries melt away as you surrender to the sweet embrace of sleep.
